Through Sharing Stories and Honoring Their Memories, families and friends can celebrate loved ones they have lost by sharing their name, age, photo, a cherished memory, and a message of hope.

As part of our A Sticker and a Life Project, we can turn their memory into a commemorative sticker—with your permission. A QR code may also be included, allowing others to learn their story and discover suicide prevention resources. These stickers help us remember lives, share hope, start conversations, and spread suicide prevention awareness across communities and around the world. With your consent, submitted stories, photos, and stickers may be shared through Suicide Prevention Foundation’s social media and awareness activities.

Every story matters. Every life matters. Every sticker carries a message of hope.
